Hi I'm HAM

I am an artist, designer and director from South London. For more than a decade I’ve helped brands like Nike, Sony Music and Adidas bring ideas to life through design, illustration, strategy and creative direction. My work moves fluidly across disciplines – from branding, murals and campaigns to workshops, consulting and community projects. I’m drawn to work that connects people and culture, mixing purpose with play. I don’t believe in one lane; I believe in creating things that feel alive, useful and honest. In 2023 I was named in the BIMA100 and received the British Council’s New Narrative Award.

  • If you’ve got a vision, I’ll help make it a reality. I build the world around your idea – the tone, visuals and feeling that pull people in. Whether it’s a campaign, shoot or immersive experience, I guide every creative decision so it all moves with purpose.

    What I offer: campaign direction, visual storytelling, concept development, photo and video direction, immersive experience design, art curation and production leadership.

  • I bring ideas to life through visual storytelling that connects. Whether it’s an album cover, campaign or editorial piece, I focus on emotion, clarity and world-building – making sure every image does more than just look good, it tells a story that sticks.

  • I design systems that speak clearly and look clean. Every font, layout and colour has a job to do – to make your message land. From logos to full brand identities, I help you look like you actually know who you are.

  • Sometimes the creative work isn’t the issue – the clarity is. I help brands and artists see the bigger picture: what they stand for, who they’re speaking to and how to show up with intention.

  • Ah, the old 'jack of all trades' question—I've always had a bit of a love-hate relationship with it! Truth be told, my ADHD plays a big role in my eclectic art style. The constant urge to explore and master new artistic and illustrative styles keeps me perpetually engaged and excited about my work. This diversity not only satisfies my creative curiosity but also adds significant value to my capabilities as an artist. In my opinion, being able to adapt and excel in various styles is one of my superpowers

  • One of my biggest challenges has been managing my ADHD, which I was only officially diagnosed with within the last 2 years, though it has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. ADHD affects me daily, making seemingly simple tasks like composing error-free emails or managing my time quite difficult. Despite these challenges, I've been striving to mitigate and overcome them as best as I can, often without medication or traditional support structures. This journey has taught me a lot about resilience and adaptability, qualities that I bring into every project I undertake.
